1. So your site offers links to job offers, but what else do you do? 

We offer links for job openings in your area.  We are not associated with the companies posting the job listings.  But, we provide useful articles and resources that can help you either launch or further your career!  We are an awesome resource for anyone looking to develop their career! 

2. I finished the survey but no jobs showed up! How come? 

If no jobs appear after you complete the survey it means that there are no current listings available in your area.  Please check back regularly to see updates. 

PRIVACY-RELATED QUESTIONS

1. Why do you ask for my age in the survey?

We ask demographic questions (age, zip code, etc) for ad serving purposes only. This information is not passed on to employers and it is not part of the job application. We provide links for job openings, but we are not associated with the companies who are posting the job listings.

2. My zip code is incorrect - how can I correct it?

Please provide us with your correct information here.  The corrected information will be stored in our system.  If your updated information is not displayed, please try clearing your browser cookies and re-entering our site.  We are working on a technical fix to correct this issue. However, you will have the ability to re-enter your zip code when searching for a job. 


3. How can I request that you delete my personal information from your database?

For legal record keeping purposes, we cannot delete your personal information from our database.  However, we can suppress it from being shared with third parties upon your request.  Please contact us here if you'd like us to suppress your information from being distributed to third parties.  Please remember that if we have shared your information with our third-party marketing partners, you will need to contact those marketing partners individually to have them suppress or delete your personal information. 

MARKETING-RELATED QUESTIONS

1. How do I stop getting email solicitations?

As part of the registration process, we ask for your consent to receive email marketing from us and our third-party marketing partners. To stop email marketing from a particular marketer, please follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email(s) you received that you would like to stop. You may also visit our unsubscribe page by clicking here and opting out. If you are having trouble unsubscribing from emails from one of our marketing partners, please click here and we’ll try to help.

2. How do I stop receiving telemarketing phone calls from your marketing partners?

Our marketing partners will only contact you by telephone if you have provided your express written consent to receive telemarketing calls from them. This generally involves checking a box next to the required consent language and clicking "Submit" to proceed to the next page. You may revoke your consent at any time.  If you get a telemarketing call, you should be offered the option to stop future calls by automated means such as hitting a number on your phone, or by telling the telephone representative that you want to opt-out.  If that doesn't work and/or you would like us to help, do not hesitate to contact us here

3. How do I stop getting push notifications on my mobile device? 

To stop receiving push notifications on a mobile device, go to the device’s notification settings, and turn off the setting to receive those notifications you do not want to see anymore.  If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us

4. How do I stop getting pop-ups while using my mobile device or desktop computer? 

To stop pop-ups, go to your browser’s settings and turn off the setting that allows pop-ups.  If this does not work, we recommend downloading an ad-blocker such as AdBlocker Plus, which is available here.  If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.
